Indeed, He gave Himself a ransom FOR ALL, but only to be testified IN DUE TIME the Bible says.  Furthermore, the Bible says there is but one mediator between God and men today and that is "the man Christ Jesus" which rules out the so-called "Virgin Mary", or "the Mother of God" as some hierarchy would desire that she should be called today.  Nor can it include the nation of Israel since the Bible says there is only ONE mediator between God and men today.  Besides that, Israel is still fallen and has also been completely and totally cast away as a nation by Almighty God today and thus could not be a go-between for God toward anyone (Rom. 9:31-33 & 11:8-11).  Christ Jesus gave Himself a ransom for ALL and there is no need to have any intercessor but Christ today!  God will have all men without DISTINCTION to race, color, creed or moral character to trust Christ and be saved in this present dispensation of the grace of God.  Furthermore, when Christ died, He gave Himself a ransom for all men everywhere without EXCEPTION to who they may be, or what they may have done, or what they may even still do in the future.  There is no reason for anyone to die without God and perish today except their stubborn, rebellious, foolish, pride of unbelief causes them to do so.  Now that God has already reconciled the world unto Himself today by having sent Christ to die for the sins of all why not do as the Bible says and "be ye reconciled to God" (II Cor. 5:20)?  Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved.
